Share our stories and explore the mission space together; strengthen our own personal connection to the mission work we do; grow our shared vision for the future of the network
Sharpen the understanding of each other’s organizations and their immediate/strategic issues; solidify our understanding of the partnership
Increase awareness and understanding of each others’ organizations and the working model and its parts.
Gather feedback and develop strategies for addressing pressing issues of operation and strategic areas of growth.
Gain new knowledge and perspective on how to do this work.
Develop ownership of the Rising Tide Network and affection for the people in it -- especially with new staff in new positions.
